Frequently Asked Questions
Do clients receive copyright to video/images?
YES! My blogger clients receive copyright to images and videography when they hire me for recreations, exclusives, or both. I retain a perpetual usage license to use the images/video on my website, portfolio, investment guide, and social media for marketing purposes.
Do you provide refunds?
We offer a Recipe Guarantee in lieu of refunds.
Should there be any issues or comments that this recipe does not work, please contact me (via email/cell/text) so I have the opportunity to review and possibly re-test and rewrite to correct the recipe based on original concept & ingredients.
Due to the unique nature of the work I provide my clients, refunds are not available. However, all my clients receive 5-7 days to review the final gallery/video and should an image mistake on my part be discovered, please message me! I'd like the opportunity to make corrections or provide a full reshoot (at my expense) if the mistake(s) relate to client requirements (disclosed at time of hire*).
When will I receive my final gallery?
All exclusive recipes purchased in this shop will provided a link to the final images, sent via email. Galleries will include process and hero images between 20-25 images depending on process requirements.
Video galleries are delivered after a client end card or logo is emailed to me (at wilburfamilystudio@gmail.com) to edit on the purchased exclusive recipe. The final video gallery will be delivered with all four aspect ratios (16:9, Square, 4x5 and Reels 9:16) via Dropbox to the buyers' email address.
Do you create & photograph all the recipes in your shop?
Yes! All the recipes listed for sale in my shop have been written, developed, tested and photographed by me and my husband Aaron. Each recipe is reviewed through Copyscape (an online anti-plagiarism site) for authenticity. I can guarantee that exclusive recipes listed in my shop are unique and never copied from another site.
Although all of the recipes delivered are original and written in my own words from an SEO perspective, there may be similarities in the ingredients to other recipes found on the internet, which is a common occurrence and an industry standard.
